Role in the project
EXODUS S.A. will be the technical and administrative coordinator of the CLASHE project. Having extensive experience in coordinating both national and European research projects, EXODUS will lead the consortium to the realisation of the proposed work - applying at the same time strict quality assurance mechanisms - and will be responsible for all project management activities (such as issuing management reports, organising meetings, etc.).
EXODUS will also be responsible for all technical aspects of the project and will lead the design, development and integration of the language learning network and service. Furthermore, it will develop and host the CLASHE logic game applications and dissemination web site, participate actively in all dissemination activities and lead the construction of the exploitation plan by preparing a thorough and consistent business plan and drawing effective market penetration strategies.
